02/03/21 - Did someone say Live Lesson?!
The Premier League and National Literacy Trust have teamed up to bring an exciting Facebook Live event for schools and families. This special World Book Day Facebook Live event, will be hosted by Match of the Day Kickabout presenter Kenzie Benali, and features a live quiz with Football School authors Alex Bellos and Ben Lyttleton.
The quiz is interactive and one of the rounds will feature questions asked by players from the Premier League, the English Football League and the Women’s Super League!

Movement Task - Beginners Sun Salutations
20-minute beginner friendly movement video, stretching and strengthening the whole body in a sequence called the sun salutations, perfect for a mid-day or morning energy boost. In this video we focus on alignment, sensations and learning the sequence. This could be practised alone or paired with a breathing video to start and a relaxation video to end.
